Product Description
- Very popular semi-transparent blue with black spots for white clay
- Most beautiful when applied as a thick coat
- Caution: running strongly!
- The black spots become stripes on vessel walls
- Can be fired up to 1100°C
- Blistering with some clays
Nízkoteplotní glazury 1020 - 1060°C (některé až 1100°C)
Aplikace: Štětcem naneseme 2-3 vrstvy glazury a necháme vypálit v peci.
Doporučení pro výpal (pro nízkoteplotní glazury):
1) přežah (1 výpal)
- 1. rampa / až do 600°C -> 80-100°C/h
- 2. rampa / až 950-980 °C -> 250 °C/h
- výdrž: 30 min.
2) vypalování glazury:
a) většina glazur (bez dalšího označení):
- 1. rampa / až do 600 °C -> 120-150 °C/h
- 2. rampa / až do 1050 °C -> 250-300 °C/h
- výdrž: 20 min.
b) Červené glazury s označením "1040"
- 1. rampa / až do 600 °C -> 120-150 °C/h
- 2. rampa / až do 1035-1040 °C -> 250-300 °C/h
- výdrž: 20 min.
(b) Zlatá glazura 9541 s označením "1040"
- 1. rampa / až do 600 °C -> 120-150 °C/h
- 2. rampa / až do 1035-1040 °C -> 250-300 °C/h
- výdrž: 5 min.
